Hi, I’m Mikaela, a licensed therapist providing telehealth therapy for teens and young adults in Florida and Nebraska. I specialize in trauma therapy, emotional regulation, and substance use support. I also have experience working with adolescents involved in the juvenile justice system and understand the unique challenges they face.
