Fee and Payment Policy

Session Fee
The fee for a standard 53–55 minute individual therapy session is $150. Payment is due at the time of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need. Sliding scale rates are discussed individually and may change if circumstances change.

Insurance
For clients located in Florida, I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. For clients located in Nebraska, services are currently private pay. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Methods
Payment is processed electronically through a secure client portal using a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Insurance cannot be billed for missed sessions.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services under the No Surprises Act. You may request this estimate at any time before or during treatment.
